So they're like every other package of in-shell lightly salted pistachios I've purchased in stores. I purchased this national brand on amazon because the price was less than the store i typically buy in and it's a national brand so trustworthy quality. A safe bet if you want to add to your order.

Helped me lose weight
It kept me conscious of what I'm eating and chewing, being in the moment. This means i ate slowly this making my brain and digestion stay in sync with my food. And since these are fiber rich it kept me from grabbing any other food that are empty calories. I always get the shell version because it feels like you are chewing slower as well as getting mouth exercise. Highly recommend to stock up on these for a better healthy snack solution.I incorporated this snack to my intermittent fasting and daily walks to up to an hour(10,000-12,000 steps) and I lose .5 to 1lb every week if I don't slack on my schedule.
