Delivered quickly and in excellent condition. Downloaded onto laptop. Takes a while to download. Looks OK but probably need to download onto a better PC to get the best out of software and some time to learn how to start aircraft. Very realistic.

There are better quality simulators.Not easy to download extra aircraftNot easy to fly the planes as I couldn’t see any keyboard map.The size of the game is to big, it massively slow down my machineFor the price I would expect the disks to be in a plastic box rather than sleeves

For the price this is an excellent product but purchasers should be aware that (as far as I am aware) the contents of the disks is available free of charge from the internet. What you are paying for is the convenience of not having to search and download all the various packages, with potential disconnects or missing packets.Having said that, I knew this before I bought these disks and I have not been disappointed. Loading was trouble free (apart from having to plug in an external DVD drive!) and took very little time.This is a realistic flight simulator in that it takes time to understand how to start the aircraft - unlike MS Flight Simulator it is a lot harder to just jump in and zoom off into the skies. This will not be good news for some flight simulator enthusiasts while others will revel in the additional realism of learning the skills required prior to flight.It may pay from time to time to check the internet to see if any updates (free!) have been issued for this popular and widely supported simulator

I thought this was good value for money when I got it as a first flight simulator. How wrong I was when it comes to the knowledge base required to get it up and running. I had to contend with trying to learn 'C' programming, I had problems trying to write script for the programme to recognise different axes of the flight controllers etc...! And now I'm so glad it only cost a tenner or so ! ( But now I also realise why. ) This flight sim software is put together by the Flightgear community and is also free, ( I always prefer to have software on disk for obvious reasons - crashes, re-installation etc. ), and I will say the Flightgear community have done a great job. Here's the 'but', had I known early on that a knowledge of 'C' or 'C++' programming etc. was essential to bringing it all together I would have gone for X-Plane a lot sooner. Be warned: If you have got a bit of knowledge of PC or laptop 'scriptwriting' this could well be for you, if not...stear clear, until one day hopefully someone with a lot of money decides to buy up this software as a going concern, and make it easily accessible for the masses like X-Plane or MS Flight Sim ! ( It has a great deal of potential but just not for my level of computing 'doodads', put another way, there isn't enough time on my hands to learn computing all over again ! I just want to get in an aircraft sim and fly...) I finally got caught out even after trying to figure out if this was for me, I'm only human I guess !

Overall it is very good, the lessons are very clear to follow, the choice of air crafts are excellent, the graphics are good. Arrived day before due date, well packed, only had it a couple of weeks still finding my way around it, exploring new things daily.

works perfect with joystick a little complicated to understand för the first time the settings with the joystick but after a while you got it after you tried several times.no problems installing everything from the dvds works fine in windows 10worth the money you paid for

I had to upgrade my video card that could handle the high resolution graphics. I purchased a GeForce GTX 1060 with 6gb Ram. Stunning visuals and game play are superb with framerates between 25 and 35. Very happy. The support I had from the supplier was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The product does come with excellent help and advice and settings. A very worthwhile purchase, possible the best sim out there I would say, especially for the price. Recommended.
