Love this - update, waste of money
So fed up of lighters blowing out in the wind I decided to buy an electric one I'm happy that I did. I did read some comments about them not charging or working but though I'd give it a go anyway. Charges perfectly, I clean the head of it regularly obviously not with water but to ensure that the it doesn't clog up with Ash. I have lit candles and incense sticks with it, perfect choice for me.Edit - past the return window and the lighter still chargers but not sparking. Have kept it clean but absolutely useless. Wander why they have such a short return window ........

Doesn’t charge
This item came with charge it was Christmas gift for my husband he has gone to out it on charge and it won’t charge. The only option it gives me is a refund option at a less price of what I paid for the item. I am trying to contact the seller to ask for a replacement as I do like to give businesses a chance if the item is faulty but it isn’t giving me that option. What a waste of money and also want me to waste my time in taking it to a drop of point for a refund. The convenience of ordering online was so I didn’t have to walk all my children a mile down the road to drop off a faulty product or buy a faulty item. And then to offer me less then what I paid for the item added salt to the injury. Well seller if you can read this can you message me to arrange transfer of replacement and your faulty item back please
