Great Value Though not windows 11 compatible
This is a great value depending on your needs it has a small form factor and enough speed for daily tasks. It comes with windows 10 but not upgradable to windows 11. With the sunsetting of windows 10 in September 2025 this could be a showstopper. For me it wasn't an issue as I installed Linux Mint with no issues installing and running it.

Mostly there and happy for me in one piece!
Works as expected. Booted to windows. both Units came in almost identical shape. Having alternative port adapters and part of a WiFi antenna. The other did not even have the chip. SO half of working WiFi. they included some adapters in the box along with keyboards. This is not a deal breaker for me. As these are my new servers. I don't want them talking on my WiFi network like that. But for other consumers this may be an issue. Now for the reason for the missing start, that also could be a UPS issues who did the shipping. But one of the original looking SSDs was not seated well in its rather cool 3d printed cady. So for that one to boot was kind of amazing. But it sure did. So I don't have any reason to return it. These 3d printed pieces are rather cool and hold the SSDs well so I think this may have been just a seller/packer error. The product worked. But if these are issues for you, make your choice accordingly. They did provide exactly as described in the description minus built in WIFI. Like I said they come this way a lot because they just get ripped out of hospital rooms or offices or who knows were sometimes. lol SO the wifi antenna often bites the dust. Cheers Dudes.

Excellent choice for the money
I was looking for a raspberry pi for using Home Assistant but they are hard to get and a over priced at the moment. This seemed like a good option.I’m happy that I did this, better than the pi.I wouldn’t have known this was renewed, it is spotless. Like new.It also came with built in wireless and an antenna on the back. I’m not using wireless but it was nice to see. It still came with a usb Wi-Fi adapter.I’m considering getting another even though I have no use at the moment but it could be handy for a cheap spare desktop.I didn’t use it for more than a few minutes with windows but it seemed great for web browsing and office.Keyboard and mouse are very very cheap. But I didn’t need them.Excellent deal in my opinion.

Tiny, Compact, Powerful enough to stream multiple 1080P streams
This is just what it makes out to be. Very compact and quiet (never hear the fan). Used as a PC on the family room TV and hosts a Plex server for pictures, music and home movies etc. Just because I am who I am, I bumped the memory up to 16GB from the 8GB installed (had to buy 2 8GB sticks to replace both 4GB sticks installed). Installation was easy (thanks YouTube!).There was nothing about the performance of the machine that required the memory upgrade, I am just a tinkerer and wanted to future proof the machine from day one (as much as possible). This little box can do pretty much everything except games / apps that require dedicated/discrete graphics.I have it plugged into an Ethernet over powerline adapter so I did not test the WiFi dongle.Keyboard and Mouse were cheap but functional. I only used them long enough to get the PC up on my network and running VNC Server. I completed the install of everything headless and then installed under my TV with a logitech wireless mouse and keyboard.A great (Very) SmallFormFactor PC that I had no issues with being refurbished. Why pay 3 times the price when these units work just as well.

Good little machine for cheap
Ordered for my daughter to play Gacha, Minecraft, Roblox, and watch YouTube. Minecraft Java's main bottleneck is storage speed, so while you can build a raid setup with stupid fast storage access to load chunks (the main fps killer) "instantly", you can just lower the load distance and Minecraft will run fine on this box.If I were to utilize this myself, I would definitely use it as a media PC, probably install Kodi or some other frontend, slap on RetroArch, pump it full of roms, and pair some good controllers to it.It's not gonna run your modern games super well, and you're definitely stuck with the integrated Intel graphics, but you'll be surprised what it can handle. Good ram, SSD standard, decent cpu; don't go expecting 60 fps @ 1080 and you'll realize the incredible value of these refurbished office PC's. Hell, it's almost worth it for the Windows license alone.

Operating System Not Found
I purchased this renewed small form factor Windows OS computer to augment my Chromebox. My wife is beginning her master's degree, online, and it requires Windows and the online experience is sometimes incompatible with Chromebox (IDK why, just is). So I wanted to set her up at a proper desk with a 27" monitor vice the 11.2" Windows 2-in-1 laptop she has. Unfortunately the Lenovo desktop arrived and after hooking it all up, the boot up sequence processed until it errored out to "operating system not found". I called the 1-800 tech support number listed on a piece of paper within the shipped box. The polite and courteous technician said it is unfortunate but sometimes happens. I was offered a replacement unit or a refund. Not wanting to risk reliving the experience, I am returning it for a refund. I'll now go to my local Best Buy and get something new and skip the chance to save a few bucks via the renewed option. It has proven not worth the hassle.

Great so far
I bought one of these to use as the basis of a simple home NAS running a couple of mirrored external drives and using Windows Storage Spaces. I use it for backing up all the photos we take on our family phones. It just has to sit there hidden away, so I'm not exactly hammering it. So far it's working great! Very impressed with the packaging and speed of delivery. Even came with a cheapo mouse & keyboard and wi-fi adapter. I love reusing older computers so they don't end up going to waste, and this machine is easily powerful enough for basic office computing for somebody on a budget.
