I try a lot of electric razors in my life but this product is worth every bit of the high price they want for it one thing I want to mention being that I am African-American my hair is naturally curly that always been a problem for electric razors but one thing I noticed if I lather up with soap I get a closer shave then using shaving cream or nothing with soap is almost like a razor blade but for some reason I can only do it a couple of times in a row before it breaks me out a little bit

Yup, amazing! It's so nice to be able to use a razor on, well the beans, and not worry about cutting myself. Especially with summer coming, I certainly don't want anymore (or actually any at all) hair down there to make me sweat and uncomfortable. I have tried so many razors for my manscaping needs, I was always a big Wahl fan, but after several different Wahl trimmers, I would always end up letting out a yelp once or twice each time. So I tried others and some worked better than others, but none are the full package like the Philips! The blades are incredibly sharp. I've had this see several months and my hair is thick and I haven't had a single pulled hair or drop of blood. I don't know if I got it January or late December, but I just charged it for the 2nd time yesterday. I even got my girlfriend 1 because she was impressed

Wow, seriously wow. After so many products and so much blood-loss I didn't have much hope in this item. I was DEAD WRONG. the foil trimmer slid over my coinpurse like an ice cube across linoleum and made it as smooth as tooth enamel. Seriously! Slick as dolphin skin. Before this my hairy cacklers felt like an exposed brain with clothes hanger wires coming out of it. Now they're magnificent. I feel them in public; can't help myself; Walmart, pizza hut, DMV, church, etc. Ever heard of Chinese baoding balls? If not, stop here, look them up real quick, then read on. So guess what? You now have your own organic baoding balls and stress is not an issue. Just stick your hand down there, roll those cherries around, shut your whining mouth and go back to being a man.1 star taken because these trimmers are huge...but hey so are my goolies....Just kidding, I have cat balls. At least they feel nice now.

There is nothing better for manscaping - esp the back. It’s wireless and covers a bigger surface area with one pass. Delivers a super close, smooth shave. Charge lasts several uses. This is a must buy!

As a woman, I couldn't be happier with this purchase! I have been looking endlessly for a product like this for a LONG time. Read countless reviews for both men's and women's shavers/trimmers, and came to the conclusion that the Philips Bodygroomer was number one on a long list, and after using it multiple times now, I can confidently tell you that it truly is the best and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! This shaver is incredible quality, and feels like it was built to last, not cheaply made like so many others. The amount of time that it stays charged is more than enough for me, and I haven't run into any issues with it running out of power mid shave. It is so much faster to use this than to use a standard razor, which saves so much more time and makes shaving/trimming so much more efficient. It is incredibly easy to clean, and I found that the included instructions were thorough and easy to follow, especially because this was my first time ever using a product like this. I have used both the trimmer side and the shaver side, and both work great for their intended purpose. If you are new to using a product like this like I was, I recommend testing out the trimmer end first to get familiar with how it works. The shaver/trimmer glides over the skin like butter and shaves/trims without you even feeling the hair being shaved/trimmed. I actually at first thought it wasn't working because I didn't feel anything happening, but to my surprise it had trimmed/shaved the hair without me even feeling it! No tugging or pulling on the hair, as I've discovered through my research is a common complaint/issue with other shavers and trimmers on the market, especially the ones "made for women".For me, the fact that this shaver/trimmer is designed for shaving anywhere on the body neck down, wet or dry, is a game changer, especially because as someone with a chronic illness, showering takes a lot of energy, so to be able to shave anywhere without having to go through the whole process of a shower, and without getting razor burn from using a standard razor dry, has been amazing!Ladies, if you are on the fence about buying this worried that since it's targeted towards men it won't work as well for you, PLEASE don't hesitate! What I found in my research is probably no surprise, the equivalents of this type of product that are targeted/made for women, are cheaply made, poorly designed, ineffective, and have a short lifespan. They aren't built to last, they don't do the job they are designed for, and I read many reviews of women saying that the shavers/trimmers painfully tugged and pulled on the hair while trying to remove it. Do NOT settle for that, or think you're stuck with putting up with it just because they are the only options on the market that are "made for women". If you're unsure if this product works for women just as well as for men, I am here to tell you that it DOES, and it will exceed your expectations! It does exactly what it is intended to do, imagine that! Extremely well built, not cheaply made, designed to last, doesn't tug or pull on hair when removing it, and perfect for BOTH genders! Hands down best "body shaver" ever. Worked great for down low and on my armpits where the lawnmowers have struggled and gets really close too! Use the foil sided cutting blades for sensitive areas!

It looks and feels like a nice trimmer/shaver...the quality and ergonomics seem to be very good. I also like that they include an extra blade/cutter block. That being said, at this point I'm not real impressed with its actual cutting /shaving ability. I purchased it for body shaving after hair was removed...to shave close and comfortably. This shaver just doesn't perform that function any better than my face shaver. The shave is not much closer if at all and it is a bit irritating, at least so far. The shaving head is also smaller. I can't really speak to the other end but guessing that works pretty well. Going to stick with it a bit longer and try another for comparison. We'll see.
