Delicious French syrup for drinks and food/
This difficult-to-find, black current syrup is a specialty product from France. Mix just a little with sparkling water for a refreshing and tasty soft drink. Pour over Crepes or pancakes. Many other delicious uses.

This is such a good syrup. I've tried everything and I keep coming back to Teisseire. They're head and shoulders above the rest. The Cassis and raspberry flavors in particular are top-notch. Tastes homemade. Well worth the money because you use so little as the flavor is very condensed.

Great syrup, but it’s got a crazy price.
Insane, much like there’s a pink tax, this product has a “fact of being French” tax. I get the fact that it’s not sold in the United States and is imported, but this exact product is sold at10x the price of what you would find THIS VERY PRODUCT in a French grocery store. $20 per bottle is way too much, and as much as I love this product, I’ll forgo getting it from Amazon if it continues to sell it at this price. I was willing to pay $15 per bottle, but that was my absolute max.I’d give it 5 stars but for the price.

Nice taste, last a long time
Tasteful and natural sweet. It doesn't taste like engineered products like other brands. One bottle last me almost 6 months. I use it to flavor my water soda and shaved ice.Would buy again.

Very sugary, modest flavor that's not quite right
It's pretty pleasant, but the flavor reminds me more of various "blackcurrant flavored" things than actual blackcurrants, and it's /very/ sweet. If you like strong flavor, you're going to want 1:4 or 1:5 and it'll be very sugary.I've been trying a few on Amazon and the D'arbo is much, much better if the taste of blackcurrant is what you're after, with less sugar. On an absolute scale in the world, this is a pleasant thing and maybe deserves 4 stars. But if you're in the US wanting a taste of real blackcurrant, it's ... disappointing.
