Evercade Atari Arcade 2

As an Alpha and a Super Pocket owner I'm a massive fan of Evercade and particularly the Arcade carts, but I am struggling to find a compelling game on this collection. Berserk is probably the highlight and along with Frenzy are perhaps the first ever rogue-likes with their changing mazes and have some replay ability, but I'm not sure I could say the same for any of the others. Fire Truck is a curio at best, and Dark Planet is verging on unplayable. Rescue and Mine Field are notable I suppose for their use of parallax but have limited enjoyment, and Lost Tomb has a really annoying firing mechanic using 4 buttons that really doesn't work on the Alpha. I might have another crack at Moon War just to extract some value, and there is a reason the Maze Invaders was never released. Considering the classics on the now unavailable Atari Arcade 1 this collection feels half-arsed at best and probably one for the completists only. Roll on the NeoGeo cart...
