Buy one, you will love it
This is money well spent. We have a 20 cubic foot freezer in our garage. It is just the two of us and we bulk shop at Costco to save money on meat. I have used it occasionally and then yesterday I gave it a real workout. I sealed over 50 items. Everything from pork butts, ribs, salmon, coffee beans, steaks, Italian sausage and more. It worked like a charm. I use the double seal feature and MakMeFre plastic rolls. I accidently sealed a bag without using the vacuum feature. It sealed so tight it was impossible to pulled the bag open. Buy one, you will love it.

We use it several times a day.
We had a Food Saver brand before, and it would pull liquids into the machine while applying the vacuum. This one is not as fast, but you can do liquids. It has a ton of settings that make it more custom to your needs. We have a large family, and I haven't gotten used to cooking for two yet. I don't think I will. But this makes it very easy to have a quick home-cooked dinner. We also buy our ingredients in bulk and break them out into smaller packages.

if you are new to vacuum sealing watch the videos on how to use this.
I am new to vacuum sealing and would get error codes and poor vacuum. the instructions are printed on a small piece of paper with pictures and No explanations. I watched the videos to learn how to use this. There is no ON or OFF button on the sealer. Plug it in to use, unplug it when you are done. The unit has many options to seal anything that can fit in a bag, or vacuum container. My complaint is the pictures do not show how to position the bags for vacuum sealing, they show you which buttons to push which is important. Pretty much worthless if the bag is not position correctly. It works just fine once I found out how to use it.

Great product for a heavy user!
Best vacuum sealer ive had by far. The vacuum is powerful and the seal quality is great. It is built to last and easily fits in a cupboard. Wild game prep is a breeze

Meal prep made easy!
Easiest use and cleanup of any sealer I've ever had. The double seal works great, even for cheap rolls like I use for prepping sous vide meals in the instant pot.The pulse suction is great for saving poultry and veg scraps for stock, and the removable gutter makes cleanup quick.

Must have for the outdoors man
This is a quiet but powerful machine. As a hunter and fisherman a good vacuum sealer is essential. I have gone through quite a few food savers over the years, and decided to try something else. I really let the options this machine has, and the first 2 days I had it, it got a workout. I sealed over 250 goose hotdogs and 75 goose sausages. Very happy so far!!!

Solidly built, works well but has some annoyances.
I'd give it four stars but there are a few things that annoy me. The lid will not stay closed when the unit is not in use. You aren't supposed to latch it because leaving it like that can damage the seals. But it won't stay closed unless you latch it. My work around was to place a small block of wood behind the unit and push the unit up tight against the kitchen wall. The block of wood wedges between the wall and the top half of the unit, keeping the lid down but not latched. One other annoying thing is that there is no on/off switch, nor does it power down by itself after a period of non-use. I'm sure it doesn't use a lot of electricity when it's not being used but it IS a heating appliance and I'm hesitant to leave it on all the time. Also... the front panel lights up like Christmas... lots of lights and there's a large digital display. It would look cool in a jet fighter cockpit but not so much in my kitchen. So I leave it unplugged and pushed up against the wall when not in use. It's much less obnoxious to look at with its gaping maw held closed and its lid not doing a light show.People have commented on how slow it is. I don't know if it's any slower than any of the other vacuum sealers I've had. Many of the functions are controlled automatically by a timer. You'll spend a lot of time watching the timer making it feel like it's taking a long time. But I tend to seal things in batches. Counting prep and clean up, I've found that the time it takes me to do a batch now isn't much different than what it used to take with any of my older machines. Just do other stuff instead of standing there watching the timer. If you are really in a hurry you can use the pulse function to get the air out to your satisfaction then hit the seal button. That way you can eliminate some of the count down time. But you still have to wait for the countdown to finish when you manually seal. That said, the unit has been performing flawlessly for a couple months now. It feels solidly built so I'm not really worried about it falling apart. The cutting bar and cutter seem a bit flimsy compared to the rest of the unit but so far have up to the task. Most sealers have foam rubber seals that tend to wear out and sometimes can't be easily replaced. This one has the silicone seal, which is why I bought it. Seems to me that it should last a long time if I take care of it.Overall, I'm satisfied and I'd buy it again.
