Before buying, I saw how trendy this was on TikTok and if anyone knows me, they know that I do NOT follow trends. However, with me switching to night shift, I was willing to try anything and everything, so, I set up a payment plan for this alarm clock (because seriously, who can afford that much for a dang clock!?) but oh, my god is it the best money I’ve ever spent! It was straight forward to set up, but a little difficult. Its display is completely adjustable through the app, and the amount of features it comes with are to die for! I have literally used it every single day/night since I got it and cannot sleep without it now. Once you learn how to use it, it’s super easy afterwards. I’m just sad I didn’t buy it sooner! When I travel, I bring it with me no matter where I go hehe.

I was hesitant to purchase, because it is considerably pricier than most of the comparative clocks. I even purchased one of the cheap ones, and was not impressed. This clock feels like a “you get what you pay for” situation. The quality of the clock is amazing. The features are abundant, and you don’t have to use the paid subscription to get your money’s worth from the clock. I love the sleep timer, and listen to rain every night while reading to help this brain of mine shut down and actually fall asleep. It was easy to set up, and overall I love it!

I almost returned this clock because it had a bit of a learning curve. At first I was not a fan of it being run through the app but I eventually learned how to use it.I’m actually really loving the wind down feature that lets you have a calming sunset light that eventually dimmed to dark with some gentle sounds, and then eases into an hour of white noise.They do try to reel you into a subscription for additional sounds and light patterns I found I was able to have everything I needed with the free version.And I absolutely love the mourning Dove sound for waking up. It’s super gentle with nothing jarring. I also like the nightlight feature where you can either turn the light on or the clock will show for a few seconds if it senses motion.For you low-tech people out there hang in there learn how to use it and it might end up being one of your favorite alarm clocks ever!

While the price may seem steep, the impact this clock has had on my morning routine has been worth it! When I got the clock it was super easy to set-up through the app, which is where you control your settings from. I love the design because it is so simple and "aesthetic" as well. As for functionality, I will start by saying I bought this clock because I have horrible morning aggression and wake up extremely irritable.. it is not pleasant for me or anybody else but having this sunrise clock has made me significantly less of a b***h in the mornings. The wake up is slow, and you can choose how long you want the clock to gradually brighten in the morning. I have mine set to start at 6:30am and brighten over time until 7:15am. It also has a handful of free wakeup noises to choose from that also gradually get louder as the light gets brighter. I find that this slow transition from sleep to awakeness has changed how I operate in the mornings, not only in attitude, but also in "grogginess"... not only am I calmer and happier, I also no longer feel completely exhausted upon waking up/being woken up suddenly by the Apple alarm (worst sounds known to man). 10/10 would recommend to anybody battling with morning aggression or difficulty waking up suddenly/sleeping through alarms.TL;DR - This clock works extremely well in my case, to wake me peacefully. I feel more energized when I wake because I am not jolted out of sleep, and I also wake up much happier and significantly less irritable. This clock has given me a better start to my day and is super cute and easy to use. I can't speak for everyone, but for me this clock was worth every penny.
