Oh my goodness! These marshmallows are delightful.Because I have food intolerances, I can't readily eat things with gelatin (usually made from cows). So I look for foods I can eat. These are simply perfect! No bad-for-me stuff. No wheat and dairy either.When I opened the bag, the first thing I noticed was the smell. They actually smell like raspberries! They are a pretty pink color. The size is closer to standard marshmallows. They taste sooo good, too. There is no funky aftertaste, either. They just taste good. I like that there are only 70 calories per serving (2 mallows). While a bit pricier than standard marshmallows, they are worth the price. I've tried other vegan mallows and seriously, these taste so much better. I haven't tried them in cocoa or tried to make s'mores (yet), so I don't know how they melt into liquid or toast up. But I can't wait to try! Otherwise, just a great little treat.

The lemon marshmallows are delicious! I'm not someone who would just eat a marshmallow on its own but I could with these. I tried them in s'mores and they were also tasty. Gave to non-vegan family and they loved them, too.

I bought the vanilla bean marshmallows. They taste like regular marshmallows you buy in the grocery store, except they are only $1.20 at the grocery store, compared to $10.00 a bag on Amazon. The marshmallows are not refundable.Don't waste your money.The lemon marshmallows are very good if you like lemon, even though they are pricey.

These marshmallows have a really nice texture, and they smell amazing. But the flavor is not awesome. They don't taste like a regular marshmallow, which is understandable, however the vanilla flavor is just not quite right in them.

At first try it tasted off, as it is quite different from expectations. Then I looked at the ingredients and saw Tapioca syrup and indeed it has a sweet potato taste. The texture is also different, it is much denser and chewy.So just see this as just a new kind of soft candy, something between Turkish Delight and Guimauve.

Love these. Perfect for vegetarians. The vanilla is my favorite. These have more flavor than the regular ones. Puffy and light and sweet.
