Love VitaFusion MultaVites. They're my daily vitamins and I actually enjoy taking them every morning.

They taste like gummy bears. If you don't like taking pills, you'll like eating gummy bears and getting your vitamins (who doesn't like gummy bears?). Helps to remind you to take your vitamins.Nutrition-wise, I compared this product against others, and it's just as good as any other standard multivitamin, actually better than most in completeness (number of minerals & vitamins ) and % Daily value.I got them delivered in winter when it isn't hot, you probably want to be careful if you live in a hot climate, I've read issues with them coming all stuck together if shipped and delivered where it's quite hot - I guess be mindful of this when ordering.Price-wise, this is about as cheap as any other 'gummy' multi. Still, there isn't any question that regular multivitamins are half the price or so of the gummies. If you ask me, these are really only for those that don't like to take pills (why shell out the extra money otherwise?). That's the only reason I've purchased these (not for me, but for a family member).

Okay, these are maybe better than many of the gummy Vites out there, I'm not sure. The price was good for what I got. But, you are not getting more than a tiny "One A Day" worth of content in these vitamins. In fact, comparing to a "One A Day" you can see what is missing. To be fair, these have things the O.A.D. doesn't have, the the O.A.D. has things these don't have. No Zinc, for instance. considering the size of the O.A.D. you might get a full vitamin if you took these and O.A.D. on alternating days. Good price, good count, good taste. No problem. But call this a Barely vitamin minimum daily requirement, as there are things missing. There's a difference between living and thriving. but I've not seen any Gummy type that have more. Look around, if you find them, get it; otherwise these are good. Try to get to taking a more supportive vitamin if you can. Oh, and if you are really stuck, those these are for adults, go to GNC and check out some of their Gummy type. Price is good, and they'll do in a pinch, so these are not bad.

When I mentioned to a friend how I was really bad at taking my vitamins, she suggested looking for gummi vitamins. And, lo and behold, there IS such a product and this is it!I found that my vitamin consumption is up to about 100% with these vitamins. Aside from being tasty, they are also easy to grab on the run as I don't have to take them with water. Plus, I really hate the huge 'horse pill' size that most multivitamins come in. Now, I suspect that these don't actually cover as much of the different vitamins and minerals I'm supposed to be getting as compared to those horse pills, but I looked at what they cover and it seems good enough for me.I've tried both the women's brand of vitamin from this company and this general brand, and found both to be very good. The tastes are a bit different and I actually slightly prefer the women's brand, it seems a bit frutier to me, but this one is good too. I also felt like the vitamin bites were a bit 'fresher' when I bought this brand, they seemed very gummy still even after a month or two of taking them, but that might be a factor of the particular batch I got. Anyway, given that I was worried they'd go quickly stale based on the size of the bottle, what with me only taking two a day, I'm pleased to see that after a couple of months they still seem just as fresh.

These chewables reminded me of eating gummy bears. While they are not a substitute for a balanced diet, it's a yummy way to supplement some daily nutrition.
