I have never purchased/used a paint gun in my life, and this was pretty easy to pick up. It starts with solid paint, so make sure you have a paint that can be sprayed easily through this. If you don't this does come with a viscosity ratio piece of paper to help you out, and a indicator cup of sorts (watch a youtube video) to help let you know if its watery enough or whatever is required.I called my paint store and point blank asked if I needed to add water to my paint and they told me no, so I did no watering down or paint thinning on my paint and just dumped it right in. The nose is supposed to spray in different directions depending on how you twist/align it, but tbh it just kind of shot in a relatively diagonal/circle. I didn't care too much as I was trying to paint a black bed frame to be a white bed frame, and ~2 hours later, this got the job done.4 stars because it took a bit of stopping here and there for me to finish the project. It might have been user error, but its possible a more robust/expensive paint gun would have less amount of times where it got jammed.The jamming happened to me maybe 6-8 times during the 2 hours, not horrible as they have a micro needle tool (that i lost so fast since its so small) that can push through the spray nose. I even filtered my paint, so not sure how that kept happening. Regardless. its cheap, it helped me paint our expensive bed frame, and that ultimately saved me WAY more money, as I didnt have to go and buy a brand new white bedframe.I am in no way confident I could use this again outside of my 1st and only project with it (I even cleaned it or tried to at least). So JURY is out on the longevity of something like this. But if you are looking for a one time project, this might be the perfect solution.

This is a shockingly good airless spray gun. I've had Wagners over the years and had more troubles with them leaking and dripping out of the box than I did with this unit. My application was to spray encapsulation coatings over old asbestos floor tile.In general these sprayers are not difficult to use, and the fact that it works so well across a range of speed and power makes it absolutely the easiest sprayer I've owned. A good surprise find especially at this price point.

I bought this to complete a refurbishing project where I had to paint over old cabinets. Sprayer was quite easy to use and produced a clean, smooth finish that is definitely much satin like than using brushes. A bit messy in the beginning likely from being a beginner, but definitely saves a lot more time! We’ll probably use this again when we have to repaint our bathroom

I bought this 1000W Electric Paint Sprayer to speed up some DIY projects, and overall, it’s been a handy tool. It delivers a smooth, even spray, making it much faster than using a brush or roller. The different nozzle sizes and adjustable flow control are useful for switching between thin and thick paints. I used it on furniture and a fence, and the results were great—no streaks or brush marks.That said, cleaning takes some effort. While it’s advertised as easy to clean, you need to disassemble and thoroughly rinse each part, especially if using thicker paint. Also, it’s a bit heavier than expected esc when its full, so for longer jobs, it can get tiring. But for the price, it’s a solid sprayer that makes painting quicker and more professional-looking with the right prep and cleanup

Finally used my sprayer. Very limited instructions. Had to watch videos on line to figure out. Still not sure about the controls.Sprayed primer - excellent results. Next day sprayed first coat of color- orange peel texture in areas.Changed the nozzle to finer mist. Still not smooth.Painted the rest by hand. Maybe I’ll try a better brand.Easy to clean, very loud

Learning curve! I spent so much time making sure my paint was thin enough it was basically milk and it was a drippy mess. I read all the instructions multiple times but it didn’t quite work at first. I used the cup to time and measure the viscosity and on the higher end of the 20-45 seconds to empty the cup works better. I added more paint and tried again. The second coat went much better...Move quickly or release the trigger because it sprays more and faster than you think. Also, overspray- it will go everywhere so do it outside away from everything precious or build a paint spray tent. I needed an extension cord with this and it worked great. No issues with the sprayer, no clogs or hiccups. Keep it upright! I tilted it sideways to spray in a corner and somehow got paint backwards into somewhere it shouldn’t be and it was dripping from the bottom of the nozzle. When kept upright and straight or tilted down it is fine. Don’t flip it sideways like me.
