Engaging game for family!
Though the game is recommended for 10 and up; we introduced it to our 6 years old son. He loves it. We play it on weekend with full family. The quality of the board and pieces are good. There are variations in the game. You can start with the simple one and then slowly go for other variations. Highly recommend for playing with friends, family on weekend afternoons!

Good but hard for some to understand
Hello. I purchased this game as I believed in the reviews others gave. But I didn't know the game really hard to understand. It's an amazing game by its strategies, and way of playing but it's such a time taker. The instructions were very hard to understand as for Indians because the game is made in UK and the instructions was written in such a way that Indians could not understand. After hours of understanding. I got to know that there are few boring, unneeded and foolish rules. Other than this the game was indeed good. With good quality things, attractive things and good packaging. The game's strategy is also good and I can also say it's a game value for money.

Our 10 year old thinks it is the perfect Risk game.
Keepsake worthy game. Perfect for ten year old son. Earlier we purchased another brand Risk and the board was so cheap and flimsy. This, Hasbro, brand is very good. Although expensive, it is what we wanted for this gift. The board is important to him. He ooo-ed and ahhhh-ed over it. He and his older brothers really like this particular Risk game.

Good but I expected an excellent product material quality
1. I expected the infantry and cavalry to be overall bigger and heavier. Size of artillery is good. 2. The base of the troops, viz infantry and cavalry, are oval. As a result they fall at slight touch. A circular or square base shape would have been better. Also the base of the two troops should have been made heavier. 3. Game guide mentions that there are five armies, each with 40 infantry. But in the box I found 42 infantry with each army. 4. I wish war crates were made of wood instead of thin cardboard. The type of opening and closing mechanism on the crates are not convenient for frequent usage. 5. After reading the entire guide book I felt somewhat disappointed with the fact that artillery and cavalry do not have any strategic functionality in the game at all. They are just for saving space ie making the board less crowded.
