Excellent piece of kit.
Bought for my 6yr old granddaughter's Xmas present, which arrived promptly. I've had a little play myself and thought what a fantastic instrument. Hopefully, it will create a spark of interest in her and she'll carry on being fascinated in the natural world. BTW, I'm going to purchase one for myself.

BEAVERLAB Microscope
This really is a great microscope, that is very straightforward to use, it offers great magnification and super sharp images, it feels really well made, there really is nothing to dislike! The zoom is simple to operate by turning the knob that is part of the bottom of the handle. There are several LED lights that illuminate really well. The screen offers excellent images, really clear and really bright. The real bonus is being able to take photos or even videos and then transfer these to your phone so you can edit and/or post just as you need.My 11 year old son is fascinated with this microscope and is always bringing in new things to examine and thinks this will be really useful for future school projects.A top quality piece of kit that we very highly recommend

Picture clarity worse than £20 competitor
The only benefit I can see to this one over others on the market for a fraction of the price is the integrated display screen. It means kids don't have to have their own iPhone to use the microscope, but the picture quality is disappointing. It's not that clear and trying to use it when it's not in a stand is awkward.

Great fun
I like to collect coins and I also have some bits of amber with bugs in it, so I've had great fun using this device to look more closely at them. This is a well-made and quality digital microscope. The screen is a good size and you get a really clear picture. I can easily identify my coins, particularly the poor quality ones where you need to look at them more closely to identify the details on them. I've also seen lots more detail in the insects in the amber, which has been really interesting. You can adjust the LED lights so that you get just the right light you need for the object you're looking at. You can also control the zoom so that you get the best picture possible. It's really intuitive to use and would be great fun with kids to get them interested in nature, science etc. I'm sure they'd have great fun finding things in the garden to look at!It's good value for money and a really fun device, and something that would be useful professionally as well.

Brilliant!
I've been playing around with this microscope for a few weeks now, as it is not cheap and I wanted to write a well-considered review.Okay, this is £100ish at time of writing. Is it worth it? Well, not if you have neither need nor interest in a microscope. But if you have either or both of these, then YES is my resounding response to the question. This is really nicely built, and the app works well and the results are far far far better than another electronic microscope I already own (which, to be fair, cost 1/3 the price). There is no point in me listing the functions as they are all discussed in the listing and are all genuine and work well.In short - I love this microscope. Love it.

REALLY good! Great with kids too!
This BEAVERLAB digital microscope is an absolute gem! If you’re into exploring the microscopic world, this is the gadget for you. It’s super easy to operate, so no need for a degree in rocket science. The seller’s covered all the functions, but let me tell you, the digital on-screen picture is sharp and clear, and the magnification? Mind-blowing!The build quality is top-notch, and setting it up is a breeze. The 4.0" IPS screen is clear and vibrant, perfect for observing fine details with stunning clarity. The 1080P HD resolution gives you sharp images, making it ideal for examining coins, small electronics, and all those tiny objects that catch your curiosity. One word of advice: if you value your appetite, steer clear of looking at your food under this thing. It’s creepy-cool to see stuff so zoomed in, but trust me, you might reconsider your snack choices! The microscope comes with 8 adjustable LED lights, ensuring optimal lighting and eliminating shadows to highlight details that would otherwise be missed. Plus, the WiFi and USB connectivity make it incredibly versatile. You can easily connect it to your iPhone, Android devices, or computer for live viewing and recording.I’m thoroughly impressed with how user-friendly this microscope is. The intuitive controls make it perfect for beginners, and it’s a fantastic tool for adults, whether for hobby or educational purposes. Highly recommended if you want to dive into the microscopic world – just maybe not at mealtime!
