The top floor in our home gets very hot and it prompted us to try one of this portable cooling units. We have been using this product from last few days and I felt very happy for the purchase. Instructions provided in the manual are easily understandable and is straightforward. It is easy to setup and run the unit.It is sleek and well built made it look nice wherever it is kept. It has Low noise and has effective cooling system and that is what we are after. Although the unit is heavier It is portable and easy to move around the house. Overall a good purchase and hope it lasts longer.

This air conditioner is possibly one of the worst air conditioners I’ve bought, causing me to suffer in my loft bedroom during this UK heatwave. I measured the size of my room, which is relatively small, and opted for the 7,000BTU air conditioner. This is because it is small enough to fit but supposedly powerful enough to cool my room. However, on the highest setting at 16° it does not cool my room at all. It runs for about an hour and only cools my room about 5° cooler, not ideal at all. I’ve ordered another, more powerful air conditioner. This air conditioner may work for you if your room is about the size of Harry Potter’s bedroom under the stairs. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more powerful air conditioner.

I bought this portable air conditioning unit, and it's great! It was easy to set up and cools my room fast. It's quiet, easy to move, and comes with a remote control. It can cool and heat, so it's useful all year. The window vent kit works well, and the exhaust hose is nice and long. Overall, it works really well and is a good buy. Highly recommended!

compact, easy to install and very power full Air conditioner. come with remote control and touch panel and easy to operate. Easy to move around with the wheels and to install and put it together. come with hose pipe and kit to fit in window. This AC is much better than my previous air cooler. its heavy and strong. look nice. worth buying and value for money.

Doesn’t blow air con cold like a car or a proooer air con. It even blows warm air when it feels like it. Then you try to ring Amazon but seems impossible so don’t buy one. It’s not even one star but you have to press one !

The media could not be loaded. Impressively simple set-up process,easy to move and you can use it all year round as it also has a heating function. It is also quiet and not that bulky. This is me getting ready for heatwave!

Those really cool’s the room down quickly but it is very loud (sleep mode makes absolutely no difference?!) and the blue lights on top are VERY bright, so make it hard to sleep if you’re using this in your bedroom
