Great adjustability but adds a bit of play.
Not sure about the tensioner bolt and there is much more movement than my fixed hitch but the adjustability is nice and gets my trailer close to level. When I decide on a ride height for my truck I’ll probably get an appropriately sized hitch to reduce movement.

Adjustable trailer hitch.
I needed a new adjustable trailer hitch. Because I have a jacked up truck. This thing is magnificent. It's wonderful. I wish I could have gotten this sooner. Comes with a built-in lock so nobody can take the hitch off of your truck. I highly recommend it.
