I like to drink a couple of cups of dark roast in the morning and have been buying ground coffee in the past. I wanted to switch to beans as the taste and flavor is so much better. This grinder is simple to use and great value for money. It’s ideally suited to someone who wants to brew 1-2 cups at a time. It’s easy to set up with a simple dial to set grind size. Takes a minute or so to add beans and grind by hand using the winding handle. Doesn’t take too much effort. Quick and easy to clean after use - comes with a handy brush to clean out any loose grounds. Highly recommended.

You never quite know what to expect with these types of purchases but I was very pleased with this one. It is very neat little grinder and does the job perfectly, good quality, does everything expected of it with different grind sizes, perfect for my cafetiere. A great introduction to freshly ground coffee beans.

Great item. It’s easily assembled and easy to use. It is manual so you do need a bit of strength in your arms/hands but my four year old, if a little slow at it, enjoys grinding the beans. You can set how fine you want to grind the beans and the glass collection pot holds enough for a couple of strong cup of coffee. It comes with a brush to clean the debris. I like the traditionally designed handle and the narrow shape that fits in your hand.

Love this so much! Got it today and have used to make a delicious coffee.I didn't expect the little pot at the base to be glass and was delighted that it was. It's smaller than I expected (clearly I don't know how to read descriptions!) and it's all very satisfying size to hold. Grinds well, makes about 2 shots worth of coffee per go. Perfect.So good for even twice the price :)

Don’t often write reviews but this has changed the quality of my coffee so much that I had to. Forget electric grinders (I’ve tried 2 now) - this gets it right every time and the micro adjustments make it so easy to play with the size of the grind. Helps to make the perfect espresso.

A nice little gadget of a coffee grinder; works well so far, easy to use and to clean and provides a nice arm workout in the mornings while the kettle boils. I fully recommend.

Performs better than expected. Easy to use and good exercise for the arms! Several grind options but even on the finest setting doesn’t grind smoothly enough for espresso. Even so although a bit roughly ground it makes good coffee and not burnt like some electric grinders.
