Where have you been all my life?!
This stuff should be illegal! It’s soo good. Works perfect and gives a great bark. Especially if you slather some mustard on your brisket before. Made one regular and then added to the rub my own mix. This is perfect. Would be interested to see how Smokey they can get it.

The best SPG rub on the market
This by far is the best SPG mix out there. Had a little on my steak last night and it's perfectly balanced.I mostly use on BBQ/ smoker but can be used on any style of cooking, even as a nice additional punch to coleslaw

A little goes a long way
Works like magic. This stuff also seems to amplify whatever flavour is in the dish, and a little goes a long way.

Must for beef cuts
This is an absolute must if you like cooking beef and steaks I would say use sparingly though as it is very salty but it is great. The taste simply enhances beef flavours so all round win.

Great compliment for beef
I really like this rub on pretty much any beef cut, including burgers. It will probably work with other stuff too - I simply haven't tried yet. There's a nice umami hit with a garlic edge which works really well with darker meats. Note that there's quite a lot of salt so reduced the amount of any other salt you use.
