I was looking for a Sony remote but couldn't find one to replace my remote, which was rmt-tx200u. I got this one as a last resort when even the parts stores that the Sony website directs you to couldn't find one. This remote works, but that's about it. It also is not the same model as my remote. This remote is rmt-tx102u. The difference is slight, but there is a difference. Also, the buttons are horrible. I did read some reviews about the buttons sticking and that's an understatement. I guess it will do for now until I can find a genuine replacement, and then this can be my backup for the next time the dog uses the remote as a late night snack.

Replacement Remote
Bought this because we lost our original. Cheaply made but gets the job done. Most of the time I have to push the buttons multiple times before it works.

Different buttons
Lost original and got this one as a cheaper replacement .The buttons are not the same as Sony original .If you use the Netflix button you have to go through the input button then the ok button to get back to your cable box , Pain..
