When I received this dash cam, I had to pay an individual on the side, works at a shop, to install it. The evidently never read the directions. He put the camera that was not waterproof on the outside of the car, which caused blurry visuals while looking at them back camera. I didn’t know it was on an indoor camera so I wrote the Red tiger company.Absolute best company I have ever done business with especially through Amazon.Not only did they explain the problem I was incurring because the person I overpaid to install the dash cam and the rear cam did not read the directions into payment, but they then actually stayed in communication with me on a regular basis, Emma, from there, customer service team, was professional in our emails, polite, and descriptive on what to do, and she also asked my preference if I wanted him in Door back camera or an outdoor one/mini waterproof, I told her I had tinted windows and wasn’t quite sure if the indoor one would work. What did Emma do? She sent me an additional question in indoor and an outdoor camera Red tiger dash cam. I was able to do the reinstallation myself, and Emma was the biggest child I’ve had.Amazon has been slacking over the past few years. Therefore, I decided to email the company directly, and less amazed at the rapid response and help I have gotten. I highly highly recommend Red tiger, best customer service I’ve seen in years, incredibly educated on their product, and it was worth a penny if not more.Haven’t been more pleased with Amazon in at least five years thanks to Red Tiger and EmmaVery grateful, and the cameras work beautifully, and record regularly

I have a 2018 Nissan rogue SL. This was incredibly easy to install. I will say that the suction isn’t the greatest and I had to use the additional stickers to get it to stick to my glass. It does not require direct electrical hook up unless you want the parking monitor function. It was very easy to hide the wires in the trim and there was more than enough feet of wiring for the front and the back installation. With the Nissan rogue, you can’t really tuck it under the dash as seen in the installation pamphlet, so I went with another recommended layout which is down the passenger side door trim and underneath the passenger side mat. For the back, the wiring was actually too long so I had to double up and hide the extra wiring along the top of the hatchback door, but it still looks very clean. The camera itself has very good resolution and is very easy to use and format the SD card. The app was easy to install and sync with the camera as well. I 100% recommend this camera.

It was easy to install and worked great for about a month. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund or replacement now. I stopped working and started cycling on and off every few seconds. I've tried everything they suggested and the problem still persists.Update. It took awhile, but I determined the problem was a faulty power supply. I only found this out because my wife has a RedTiger Cam in her car. My camera worked when I put it in her car. Their customer service responded very quickly and a new power supply is on the way.

This is for the FN7Touch: Excellent value for the price. Easy to install and configure. Good quality video and pictures. Love that it records separate videos from both front and rear. Voice commands work great. 5-minute video loops. I had an issue with the rear-camera cable and the vendor overnighted me a replacement. EXCELLENT customer service. They patiently answered all my questions. I will be buying another one of these for my other vehicle in the near future! Highly recommended.

A few days in, dashcam is working great - I messed up with the adhesive and tried to reapply it (which did not work), but that’s a user issue - when a new adhesive pad was applied with the electro static sticker, it’s stuck with no issues so far. Video looks great, and recording has been super easy. Additionally, downloading videos from the camera via the app has been super easy - no issues so far from me (you just connect to the camera’s WiFi and use the app to connect to & download the videos). Overall, as of a few days in, great camera & well worth the price.

It was easy to install the front camera. The suction cup has stayed without any problems, even with me removing the camera from the holder when I park multiple times a day. I have not ran the wire under the car’s interior, i just let it hang. Its fine for now as it stays out of my way. If I want it without the wire showing, i'll have to use zip ties due to having a soft top jeep. That has nothing to do with the product, its just the way my jeep is made. The package did come with a tool to be able to tuck the wire under the interior if you choose to do so. I have not installed the back camera yet, with a soft top, there’s nothing to attach it to. I'll install it with zipties eventually. I did try it out to make sure it worked and the wire would be long enough to do so with a 2 door jeep. If you have a really long vehicle, the wire length could be an issue for you. The camera images come in clear and the device is easy to navigate. You can angle the camera however. Once you have selected the best angle, it stays in place. I have the camera behind my rear-view mirror and cannot see it at all while driving. when I turn the vehicle on/off, it beeps, so i know it turns on/off. while driving, it has never shut off like I’ve read in other reviews. I leave mine plugged in and it has never drained my battery. It took me a bit to figure out how to get the videos to show up on my phone, each time you want to download the videos to your phone, you have to push the wifi button on the camera, THEN they will download to your phone. Every time I have done so, all the videos have been there.
