Q: What is the weight limit?

The stairs are foam but you have the option to put a board on each step o under the fabric so it can be more stable. Our family opted against the boards and our dog is 32lbs and has no issue going up and down them.

Q: I have to return these because they do not support my dog, too squishy. How do u return them now that they are inflated?

Q: Can it handle a 60lb dog?

I would say no. We have 2 rat terriers (12-15 lbs) and it is great, we have a hound who is 52 lbs and it buckles and sags with his weight. Would advise not to buy it for large dogs. Hope this helps.
