I absolutely love this product! The incense holders are sturdy and chic.

I first saw this and incense burner in a remote hill hotel in Indonesia. They provided us with it and some stick incense. I loved the fact that it can use both cone and stick incense. It is beautifully made with small brass inlays and the small perforations allow a lovely stream of smoke as the incense burns. Our host did not know where to purchase but here they are on Amazon! They are so easy to clean.

I really like it. It's handcrafted so expect few imperfections. There are some things you might need to touch up as well. I bought this for mosquito repellent incense, but those are about 3mm in diameter. You are going to need to make a large hole. Be mindful it's a solid wood and takes a bit of effort. I got it working without a drill tho. I used slightly larger screw and that did the trick. Also, the lid was a bit rough when closing and I smoothed out one of the edges. It feels great now. For longevity, I would add a bit of bike or car oil on the hinges. I like that you can close it. I have cats at home and it helps keep things safe. I think it's a great buy!

It's very pretty and nice for the price. My only complaint is that it's difficult to open. I wish there was an actual latch mechanism on the lid and that it had been measured better for the rest of the coffin; the lid is a bit big for it and gets stuck if I close it completely. Takes a lot of prying to get it open again, so I just leave it cracked.

I didn't expect great quality at this price for a 2 pack, but they should hold up for a long time. I burn a lot of incense in 2, sometimes 3 rooms every day. These were for secondary rooms in my home so they will be fine. I don't close the lids, so they should hold up a long time. Love the little storage area, holds Satya and Hem sticks and closes all the way. Some of the others I looked at before these had comments saying the compartment wouldn't close with incense in it.The only thing is: you will probably have hone out the holds a bit. I just used a couple size drill bits by hand using a smaller one first and testing with a stick of incense, then used a bit bigger one to get it just the right size so the stick would be tight enough to stay up and not droop.Hope this helps as the price is right for 2 of these.

These incense holders are fantastic. Love the moon and stars. Accidentally bought the twin pack, but so glad I did. Gave one to someone. The price for 2 was such a nice surprise. It has a lil compartment to place the incense in. I love these. Its the second time I buy this same design.

The quality control on this item was poor. The lid doesn't close completely on one side (I think the wood may be warped, as I can't find an issue with the hinge), the vent holes are splintered, the metal inlay has cosmetic issues, the incense groove isn't straight, and the wood has these black spots that appear to be mechanical damage rather than different wood color. I don't mind the repaired drill holes, but I'm including pictures for people who might (I actually prefer that it was repaired instead of wasted).Overall, I'm disappointed in the production quality, but we'll see if it still works like it should. I'll update the review at that time.I'm giving 3 stars for the fact that: it's still very pretty if you aren't looking for flaws, they tried very hard to get it to me undamaged, the wood is good and solid with a nice weight, it may still be functional, it was low cost (so some flaws were expected, but this does exceed that), and the incense chamber opens and looks fine (though I'll need to smooth the sharp edge).

I ordered these in combination with a Satya incense sampler pack. They came packaged very well and intact. I was hoping mine would not have any damage or loose hinges based on the other reviews. However both coffins were pretty sturdy, but I would still be gentle with them when opening the top part and the little storage door on the bottom. Overall, extremely fast shipping, good packaging, and great products for the price. They do the job well, incense stick burns nicely inside, fits in holes well, ash drips onto the crevice below, there is two spots for cones as well which is awesome.I recommend this if you just need some cheap but stylish coffins for your incense, one will go in my bedroom and the other for the living space. The wood finish on mine is pretty smooth, no splintering which was another concern. It can be hit or miss with these products but I got lucky this time. Well done!
