My number one hot sauce! Great garlic, great kick.
It's not crazy hot, but it still slaps. It's a bit of a spice ninja; only 8,560 Scoville Units - might not seem that hot on first taste, but if you go in too hard, too fast, it'll take you down in a blaze of garlic glory.

Clean and tasty.
The sauces by this company have great flavour and the ingredients are clean. They don’t include anything unnecessary. No nasty preservatives or chemicals.

Pain really IS good.
This is a good sauce! It's got one hell of a kick when it's raw but still manages to taste pretty good and of you cook with it, for wings or chilli, it curbs the bitterness of the vinegar just giving you a garlicky heat with a small bit of sweetness.

Amazing hot sauce!
Honestly, I wasn't sure what to do with the whole bottle but it's the best commercially sold hot sauce I've ever had. These guys are on to something. Was very happy to find this on Amazon.

Tons of garlic flavour!
Tons of garlic flavour, really spicy. Adds a great kick to a stir fry.

My favourite
My all time favourite hot sauce. Only thing I'll say is the consistency is alot more watery than it used to be which I don't love but the flavour is the same.

What has happened to this excellent sauce????
I discovered this sauce years ago when it was still made by the Original Juan company. It was thick, garlicky and hot but not in the zone of stoopid hot. It became my go-to hot sauce for many years. In those days it had a simple brown label with the photo of the guy screaming and black lettering. Then a bottle arrived with a new blue label and, disappointingly a new thin watery texture. No more chunkiness. Still the heat but seemed to lose some flavour. I note from the bottle that it is now made by some food manufacturing business called Spicin Foods rather than Original Juan, so they've presumably decided to make it more cheaply. I won't be buying it again, although fortunately the new manufacturers don't seem to have ruined the Pain Is Good Jamaican or Louisiana hot sauces!
