Fengda AS-196A Luxe airbrush, mini compressor with air tank / pressure vessel / 6 bar / Auto stop

Received compressor yesterday.Ran for a few min with two different types of airbrushes (iwata). The compressor works fine and hold pressure.The piston heads do get hot, so keep it well ventilated. It is slightly noisy for use indoors in an apartment, neigbours may become annoyed.Is not supplied with a hose 1/8".All round a great product.

Great value for money….!I needed an additional compressor and didn’t want to spend the same money as my original compressor.This was circa half the price of my original and with a double piston to make things better it’s a lot quieter than the original.It arrived well packaged and very promptly and also has one setting for automatic cut off and another when using an airbrush or tool that uses more air than the norm.I am really pleased with my purchase and would have no hesitation recommending it.

Was painting 2 days in a row / non stop, - works perfectly and reasonably quiet, - my homies did not complain. Plus, 2 cylinders fill tanks quite fast, so does not work most of the time even during the priming.It has 2 brush stands for easy swap, but not for 2 airbrushes to use at the same time and pressure regulator is not very comfy, but the price and performance beats the rest

This is worth the extra money for the air tank and two cylinders compression.i had the smaller version. I use it for pneumatic project. But it could not maintain pressure for the amount of air flow I needed.Also I could see moisture collecting in the clear tubes I was using. This unit seems more than double the smaller one..it is louder. But at least it builds pressure and shuts off now. More than double , but far less than double the price.

Being new to airbrushing, I needed a compressor and I am so glad that I chose this one. For the price, I don't think you can ask for anything else. I have it placed on my workbench right next to where I paint and the noise is really quiet, with barely any vibration.Having previously repainted cars with much bigger compressors and spray guns, I am familiar with the operation of a compressor, but if you have never used one yourself, it is simple to setup and use with easy to understand instructions.Only time will tell if this is a worthy investment, but from what I have seen so far, I would very much like to think it is.

I bought this to replace an aging tankless compressor. I use it exclusively for airbrushing models and miniatures. It is slightly louder than my old Timbertech model but only fractionally, I use it in my workspace in the loft and it is barely noticeable in the bedrooms below. The tank is a good size and is a bonus, it eliminates the pulsing you can get from a tankless unit.

Bought 5 weeks ago, used it briefly to test it spraying some decorations. All seemed fine. Bought couple of new brushes but things came up so sta idle for while. Rol on few weeks later, had some time so tested out new brushes. Due to paint I tried the more powerful continiuos mode II now the problems started, it hisses from inside the metal box somehwere when not even pressing trigger and when i use it gets to a point where it just strtas making a loud rattling noise.Amazon were of fantastic use. Basically Manfreedo and Jamil who I spoke 2 (names omitted as I didnt get their permission) told me that as I bought it on 17th September and my 30 day warranty return window had expired a week ago there were under no obligation to help as it was no longer their responsibility.

Only used for a couple of months, it is easy to use, great looking and compact double cylinder compressor. Very quite and great value for money. Would certainly recommend it
