The second I opened my bottle I could smell that it was high quality compared to other brands. I purchased Turmeric Curcumin based on several recommendations made to me for it's help with pain. I want to believe that this is working for me like it is supposed to. Its taking a little longer than I thought it would based on what other people say on their reviews, but I think that it is making a difference now. The reason I started using BioEmblem Turmeric is because in the last year I have been getting more and more pain in my feet and lower legs when I jog. It was bad enough that If I jogged for an hour I would have to take it really easy for the next week or two so that I would not make the pain worse and when I felt OK enough to jog again I would repeat the cycle. Now after 3 weeks of taking the turmeric I am able to jog over 6 miles every other day with no pain and only a little discomfort up to the point that my feet are warmed up for the run. I am going to keep taking it and hope that eventually I wont even remember ever having any pain when I ran.

3 large pills to swallow seem a bit much. It does measure pretty well to the overall effectiveness in pain management. There are better turmeric supplements that help with joint support and inflammation out there, but for the price and benefits this is decent supplement to try out for the first time.

After taking the Turmeric for 3 weeks, I have not a drastic improvement in the pain in my left knee! I am 45 years old and run 5-6 times per week so my joints have taken quite a pounding. I didn't want to keep taking Ibuprofen for my pain so I tried the BioEmblem Turmeric and within weeks a noticed that my pain was much less. I ran out of my current bottle of Turmeric and have noticed my pain has started to come back when I run. This stuff works, give it a try!

Some people have claimed it works as well as Ibuprofen and can be a natural replacement. It was worth a try because of the side effects vs. Ibuprofen. However, it did not work. I did not find the immediate relief from pain or inflammation required. Another important thing you should know that is left off of the label and not advertised. This product is high in oxalate. If you get kidney stones, you may already know that oxalate and calcium bind together and cause painful stones that are sharp and destructive. I have had many had many calcium-oxylate stones and it is not worth the risk.
