Excellent taste and price
I use quite a lot of lime juice for ,cutting’ orange squash which I find over sweetened. This is one if the best I’ve tried. Yes, made from concentrate but has retained that lime ‘bouquet’ which is often lost in processing. And an excellent price (I paid £9.99 for 6 litres).

Reasonable quality
I find myself using lime juice more and more often in cooking. It goes very well with all things beef and you can easily substitute it for lemon juice in most situations. In particular, I use it when making fruit compotes. When I couldn't find any bottled lime juice in Tesco I was told they had discontinued it, and it is often not stocked in all supermarkets, thus I decided to buy these six one litres bottles for extra convenience. The first thing to concede is that bottled lime juice will never replicate fresh limes, complete with their oils and zest but I think it is more than adequate in most cooking applications. I happened to have half a bottle of supermarket lime juice left when the Lazy Lime Juice was delivered, and taking a little sip from each there is not a huge discernible difference in taste, except perhaps that the Lazy Lime Juice has a slightly stronger, sharper taste. The nutritional information from the Lazy Lime Juice bottle is, per 100ml:Energy 118kJ / 28kcalFat <0.5g (of which saturates 0g)Carbohydrate 1g (of which sugars 0.8g)Protein 0.4gSalt <0.01gJust like the supermarket lime juice, the ingredients are lime juice and potassium metabisulphite. There is no water listed on the ingredients on the bottle like in the listing photograph, but this lime juice must almost certainly be from concentrate. Interestingly, not all bottled lime juice is equal, because looking at the supermarket (Asda) lime juice, the nutritional information, per 100ml is:Energy 82kJ / 19kcalFat <0.1g (of which saturates nil)Carbohydrate 0.3g (of which sugars 0.3g)Protein 0.3gSalt traceThe Lazy Lime Juice has a decent amount more calories, fat, carbohydrates and sugars than the supermarket version, which I can only assume is due to either a different ratio of lime juice and the preservative, potassium metabisulphite, or more likely a higher water content in the supermarket version. This would explain the difference in taste between the two. The Lazy Lime Juice had eight and a half months until the best before date when it was delivered, which is fine for me as I use a lot of it. Pretty good overall.

Impressed
Impressed with this lime juice - not quite as good as real squeezed limes but not far off - and if your making any qty of mojitos then this will save you loads of effort, mess and cash without detracting from the flavour ... great for cooking too

It just like the fresh lime
Good taste and feels fresh just like the fresh lime. I was sceptical to buy as thinking that it might have been processed a lot. But was so wrong... would definitely recommend. I have finished first order and has re-order again.

Says it’s lime juice, tastes like lemon
It’s really bitter for lime juice, pretty sure it’s lemon

Easy and quick Thai cooking
I used to buy limes and squeeze them into my Thai dishes. This easily used up to 4 limes per dish. With this bottled lime juice I can just quickly and easily add a few splashes when I’m in a hurry. Would probably still use fresh limes when cooking for guests, but for my own meals I now use this pretty much every time.
