The first time I have used this product. I have a large pond with some lovely koi. This really works and after a 3 week week period the results are amazing.The water is crystal clear and the fish never looked better.

This really helped my new pond to become ready for the fish to arrive

So it done the job but lost a lot of water out of pond due to it blocking the filters. It did the job the green and gunk seem to have died and the fish were grand. (koi,Goldfish and shabukin)Pond went cloudy for a day or two. But I'd say that's what blocked the filters. Maybe add it gradually so the filters can cope.Shame it seems to be a good product but needs better instructions. Can't comment on pH levels as I didn't test it afterwards. Fish seem much happier and are no longer flashing.Had to replace half the water so what ever good it did leaked out of the filters I'd sayI would recommend cleaning filters before hand. And monitor it for 24 hours.

I put this in our green soupy pond tonight about 5 o’clock, I’ve just been out to the pond and WOW! We can see all our fish! I never realised we had so many! I Cannot believe this stuff could work so quick! 4 hours and it’s virtually cleared the pond.We had a lot of Lilly's this year so only had a few places I could sprinkle the powder into the pond, I used the 250 gram packet, gave a few swirls with a bamboo stick then left it with the airator off, according to the Envii website calculator the 250 gram packet was just enough for the size of pond we have.Totally recommend this for a green soupy pond, brilliant stuff!
