Q: Is it now in glass jars or plastics? As that's not good for fermentation (acids secreted react with plastic)

Plastic Jars, i've been ordering this for the last 6 months, even comes insulated in packaging with cool water pack. Then straight into fridge where fermentation stops. I would not worry. Its not fermented in the plastic jar. Very Yummy enjoy.

Q: Are we supposed to keep the jars at room temp to ferment for 3 days before put in the fridge?

Yes but not all of jars at the same time. you can ferment one by one.

Q: Will this ever be sold in glass jars?? (Anyone know of an equally good company brand doing so they could recommend?) Really dislike plastic use.

Q: How much liquid is there in each jar?

Hi! Thank you for your question. Each jar contains Kimchi liquid, just enough to keep the cabbage moist. We do not add any additional liquid to the product.
