I already had one of these Sistema Klip It 2-litre container and I really liked it, so I decided to buy another when I saw it on Amazon.(I have seen them at Tesco as well but the price seems to be better on Amazon.co.uk, so I decided to buy them from Amazon.)"Clip" type of containers can be a little difficult to close, but this one is extremely easy - the clip stays on the body of the container rather than being on the lid, and it's on hinges. Some of the 'clip down' type of containers can 'pop' the lid clip a bit too easy (some clips sometimes do not stay shut) but I have never had any problems with Sistema Klip It ones at all. Maybe it's due to employing a rather different clip system from other 'clip closure' type of containers.They are also easier to close than the standard, non-clip lid type, and you can always be sure that the lid is properly closed through reassuring 'clip' sound.Another advantage of Sistema Klip It containers is that they are securely stackable. They do not tend to fall off when I stack them. I use some of them on a sailing boat and the stack do not fall off even when the boat is heeling right over. I do not think I have seen other containers of this type that are more secure than Sistema ones when they are stacked. You can also stack many different Sistema products together quite securely. I have a 'vertical' style 1.9 litre Sistema containers stacked on top of this one.In addition, they keep the moisture in as well as out. As the boat tend to be prone to condensation and moisture, I keep my tools and other items in these containers to keep moisture (and resulting potential rust) away. They work really well.Removing the large label at the side is very easy - it comes off very cleanly without any residue. The one at the bottom is slightly more difficult (it tends to rip easily) but it is not too difficult to clean what little residue it may leave. Keep the large label from the side, and just 'pat' the residue on the bottom with and it comes off cleanly.

Bit expensive but ok box.

Unlike some other food containers, this has a lid that is easy to use. The lid fits on 1st time and the snap locks are efficient. It's easy to open (OK there's a bit you have get used to which you do after the first or second time of use). We keep things like dried grains, nuts and pulses in ours and so far they have stayed very fresh - no suggestion of air leaks! They are also robust.

I also bought the larger one of these for extra storage at Christmas. Easy to keep all those special foods fresh. Airtight, and easy to open and close. Stacks well.
