Bought this for myself, but mostly for my husband who’s a musician, which consists of carrying around a 15 pound guitar around your most sensitive spinal areas. His posture is pretty much compromised from how much he’s spent his life bending forward from it. His x-ray shows that his neck curves forward instead of slightly backwards. Nothing gives him relief besides seeing a chiropractor. The relief in his eyes sealed it for me. He can also use it while he’s sitting in his studio, or reading sheet music, or just playing guitar in general to support his posture. You have to bend it before you use it to set it to a certain level to your liking, I guess you work your way up to it. That was a little intimidating because I didn’t wanna break it but it was pretty sturdy, so I just had my dad bend it for me. You probably wanna set it on the highest level but seriously start off with level 1 because it really helps areas you wouldn’t think you had issues with. Take full advantage of it because you will get relief.

It helped me a lot for my back pain

I am taking one star off because it's not as sturdy as I had hoped.I bought this to relieve pressure from my mid back that I seem to get when on the computer for too long. I rest for up to 5 minutes per session and it has helped. The device is easy to put together and adjust so that the stretch isn't too severe depending on your issue.The one star removal is because sometime when I am stretching my arms at the same time as using the device, it can collapse a bit, which forces me to stop and adjust the device. If you just lie on it, it will not collapse, but if you intend to stretch other parts of your body, you might experience this.

Ok it’s painful to lie on. I can only use it on beginner level. My back did pop once, but I can pop it 2-3 times just lying in bed. I have used it three times and it does stretch the back for some relief but I’m not sure I can take the pain. I think I will try it with something to cover all those painful (acupressure points) nubs.

Sometimes it works for my pain relief but other days it doesn’t pop anything in my back. Very durable though and a good size

I was having horrible back pain and spasms and got to were I couldn't climb the steps without pain lifting my leg. We were visiting friends and they had this. I skeptically tried it and so glad I did. That day I was able to lift my leg to go up the stairs without pain. Continued to use it and the issue resolved. Have recommended to those who tell me about their back pain. Such a great price on top of that!!

This worked great for three days. Even on the lowest setting I could feel my back getting stretched and the muscles starting to relax. Then the arc collapsed and the support broke down and would just squish under me.

lol I’m a dental assistant so I’m at a constant chronic back pain so this works wonders. I love it however it is very hard to adjust the levels only because how sturdy it is! Which is all good to hold up your weight!
