Q: Will the data from the poe be passed through the usb?

Thanks for your question. There are three ports for the Type-c PoE including one PoE input port with data and power, one USBC output port with power to feed your device without data, one RJ45 LAN output port with data can transfer signal to your device. So, only power pass through the USB. If you need data, then a network cable with RJ45 jack to connect the RJ45 LAN ports between this device and your device. Please let me know if the explanation is not clear enough. Thanks.

Q: Does this support any of the fast charging protocols such as pd, qc, pe scp or other?

Hi, it support standard USB, QC and PD, from 5v to 20v. For other, i don't know.

Q: Can i feed data the opposite way with this? I have a cellular router that needs usbc for power and has a rj45 data output, can i use one cable?

Yes you can, but, the device connected to this adaptor must be PoE+ (switch for example). You can't connect only a PC
