Customer service is very good if there is any fault in the product you should contact to their customer care representative they are very helpful. MCB is quite strong and durable. It is working fine.

This product is really doing its job as assigned, Thanks to the amici development team. I have installed this at my village house and monitoring the functioning through the smart life app 200km away. The MCB is placed at power entry-level to the house. In addition to this, I have installed amici over/low voltage device since I am facing a lot of uneven power fluctuation. This has in fact given double protection. Thanks to Mr.Deepak ji for taking his time on advising and guiding the installation of both the devices, this has really helped me lot in protecting my other expensive appliances, also I would like to thank the entire team at amici for their brilliant work and excellent customer support. Any issues you call them and get instant reply.

Please do not buy this product. Avoid taking risk. This product generates too much heat. And worked fine for 1 month. Today morning it broke with heavy noise and shattered into pieces. So please don’t risk it.

Stopped after an year of use. Now the switch turn on and go to off after few seconds. Not sure what happened but it was of no use now. So better think and buy the product.

The only problem is, it emits too much heat and around 45- 50 °c and don't know its normal or not. Anybody had the experience pls share and its work very well...... Don't know the overall durability

I took a gamble while buying this - The purpose was to integrate my grid(KSEB) energy consumption into the Home Assistant(Energy Dashboard). - (Gamble Turned out a win)Home Assistant Users(after configuring in ewelink app) - You have to install sonofflan addon(from HACS), Then log in to the cloud on the installed addon.1) Polling data from lan is rate limited to 20sec. Cloud Polls every 3 seconds(can configure behaviour in addon settings - default auto seems to be the best option)2) The sensor doesn't provide why the trip happened - This would have been helpful.3) You cannot put 2FA for ewelink cloud account, Which is a concern(use really long password?)The model name is -PSF-X67Thanks, seller for the product, thank you amazon for 1-day delivery.

I have connected in after the main isolator. If it lasts for atleast 3 years, I must say that its an excellent product with great features.* Remote operation through app/voice assistants* Energy consumption monitoring* Over voltage protection (we can set when to cut off)* Over current protection (we can set when to cut off)* Works like an RCCB* Apps with enough featuresThe only problem I felt was it wont show in the app why it got tripped, it may be over voltage/current or earth leakage. This is the software part and I guess it would be released in the next update.

It is very convenient and nice product. But it needs better operational manual. Or scan QR to download the manual option.
