This headset has been excellent. I use it for talking on my cell phone around the house so I can have my hands free to do other things. I found that this headset has excellent battery life for talk time and standby. Somehow it has much more range than my other two bt headsets. Volume and earphone clarity are excellent too. I used to supply headsets to my call center people as an IT guy and I suspect this one would not be the right choice for grinding through calls 8 hours a day 5 days a week due to weight and bulk for some people. Those people would stay close to their desks and charge every night. But for a headset that can stay on the nightstand on standby for days on end and put on for calls at home, it can't be beat.

I got these for my Dad since he is a truck driver. And he likes them. They are a good fit for him. He’s older and doesn’t like small earbuds. When I called him so he can try them out I could hear him clear. He was able to hear me nice and clear. It’s a good quality for the mic also. They work well. And the battery life last him for a good 12 hours. That’s been his longest shift and they didn’t die on him. He likes that he can listen to his music too.

From what people tell me, the sound quality is great. I find it comfortable and I have no issues with that. The instructions on how long to hold the button to like turn it off, or have it start listening to use voice to make a call are off. You can't just tap the button you have to hold it for about a good half a second and then a "Listening" will show up on the phone. then you can actually do the voice command

Easy to setup Bluetooth.Comfortable on the head & ears.Battery life is incredible! Used 5 days a week for several hours each day, and didn’t get a low battery warning for over 2 months. Just know that I turn them on to answer a call (which is fast) and after each call I turn them off.Sound of calls is loud & clear. Music sound isn’t spectacular, but good enough if you want to hear something while your maybe hooking up a truck, fueling, etc.

I gave this headset 3 stars because I had them for a little over 6 months, using them for short periods of time and the padding material deteriorated and came off. They were not used commercially, I used them only for personal calls which is not often. Very dissappointed.

Other side won't hear any background noise. Battery life is also extremely good.Only con is that to turn it on and off you need to press the power button for like 3-4 seconds it feels very long.It's great for driving when you still want one ear to be available for hearing other sounds.

Lasted a year and a half before the two screws holding the head strap gave out. The head strap is now electrical taped together as a temp fix.The unit itself works flawlessly and always had great reception and noise reduction.Not sure if I would buy again. Looking for better quality in the head strap.
