Excellent comfort and relief for my sciatica when driving.Don’t panic when it arrives; it’s vacuum shrink wrapped but after about 15 minutes is expanded.Just drove 1200 miles and it didn’t lose any of it lift.

So far is working perfect to me, I feel no pain after I start using it. I like it that is really good memory foam, so is super confortable. Totally recommended, actually I co-worker wil be ordering one for himself. Sometimes my sciatic nerve bothers me but now I am ok. This is perfect for being short and not being able to see over the steering wheel. I got this for my work vehicle. The first one was a 2022 Chevy Silverado. It worked great for that, but over a long period of time it tends to get a little uncomfortable. Then o got a new truck which was a 2025 dodge Ram. And I can’t use it at all because of how close I am to the seat. However, I can use this as a laptop tray or a food tray in the new truck.I think if I used this in my computer chair, it would be really nice and be able to provide some relief from sitting down for such a long time. It’s light weight so it’s easy to just throw in the back. I got this for an affordable price which is the only reason I kept it once I wasn’t able to use it in my new truck to sit on. But it’s very comfortable and if you are looking for pain relief, I would give it a try.

I received my cushion on July 14, 2025, and I am writing this review on July 19, 2025. I saw in the reviews that some people had to wait 5-10 minutes until the cushion returned to its original shape after opening the box, but mine returned back to normal within 60 Seconds. Note that it is vacuum packed. There have been mixed reviews, but most have been positive, and I took that chance. I am glad that I did because I am able to sit longer without getting stiff and sore, which makes it hard for me to get up. I have Scoliosis and one leg is a bit longer than the other, so my hips are not even while sitting down or standing. It fits my chair perfectly, and it is very comfortable. Some people also mentioned that size and weight of the person matters, so I will note that I am 5 feet 2 inches tall and about 165 pounds. Bottomline is that this cushion is better quality than the ones my local medical supply store had to offer, and this was half the cost of the cheapest one they had. If you need a cushion with support and curves, keep this one in mind, and if your local medical supply store doesn't have it, get it here.

These are a life savor. I used to be paralyzed and have broken my back and pelvic and tailbone regions so I’m in pain every day from not getting the right care during my injuries and not getting to rehab correctly. These seat cushions have made it possible for me to sit at computer to study and since I don’t get disability the pillows are also giving me the confidence to apply for work since I’ll be able to sit for long periods of time. They are life changing. I bought one over winter and just bought a second. I didn’t need to replace it I just wanted an extra one for car rides. I will maybe even get a third lol.
