I have had terrible itchy sore gritty eyes and I honestly wondered if I was losing my eyesight it was so bad! I had tried many eye washes, drops and creams but with limited relief. By chance I saw these and despite the cost I decided to try. Well the first application was amazing - my eyes felt better instantly. I have continued to use them as directed. My eyes feel better with a 90 per cent improvement in the dry itching and soreness. I would thoroughly recommend this product and although it’s expensive it was worth every penny.

Expensive (especially as half of it ended up running down my cheeks no matter how carefully I applied it) but... excellent results.

These eyedrops were recommended by my optician as I have super dry eyes that lack the natural oil layer. The drops themselves are fine, but the bottle and application is not. The volume of product you get is tiny, especially for the price. The bottle is terrible. When trying to apply them, half the products drips down your face, which seems like such a waste. It's a shame these don't come in the same bottles as other Hycosan drops as the application with those is so much easier.

The are the only drops that work for me. I've dropped a star because they are so expensive as a pensioner it's a hard choice but I'm in a rock and a hard place and getting infections because of dry eyes isn't good.Don't rely on the gp I've learned they are only interested in fobbing you off with the cheapest option! Hey ho!

This product arrived earlier than expected and did not get held up in customs. Important since I am a California resident. This product is only available in the US as a prescription and cost twice as much or more. It has been the only OTC drop that has worked, not completely but better than the rest. The oily liquid is just what my eyes were lacking, since the meibomian glands (which excrete oil) are not able to produce or excrete as much anymore. If the directions are followed the bottle will last longer. Highly recommend this product.
