Q: What happened to the center divider? I just got two and no divider ( which was in the description). It used to have one.

I have’t had one with a center divider. Mine have inside mesh pockets on each smaller end 1 lg on one end and 3 smaller on other. And 3 on outside of both long sides.

Q: Does this item separate into two interior compartments? I'm curious if it's just one large compartment with pockets or two compartments with pockets.

Hi Katherine - It has 2 compartments - there's a divider to make into 2 compartments or you can keep it as one.I just bought 2 of them and absolutely LOVE them!

Q: How do I fold this back up once it is expanded? I see the elastic loop and the toggle but can't figure out how to get them together

With it empty and upright, place right hand and grab onto top right side of the front and place left hand and grab onto the top left side of front. Now push and fold this down toward the back to the bottom. Fold the other side down toward bottom. It is now folded Flat ..... you can now insert the toggle into the loop to secure it flat. Trust this helps.
