This is a nice addition to my home gym. I like that it provides lumbar support for sit ups and I also use it for my weight bench.I would have preferred it to be a bit "cushier/softer" as it is rather stiff.

This product was exactly what I wanted. The device holds it’s form and allows for a full stretch of the back and abdominal muscles with each rep when used on a decline bench.

Great product...it doesn't look like it will work...it absolutely does. I use it daily.

I got this specifically for the purpose of having something comfortably to sit on while doing crunches, easily moveable, And sturdy.So far so good!I busted my tailbone when I was little and it now protrudes making it very difficult to do sit ups or other seated exercises especially ones I have to lean back like Russian twists or v sits and such.This feels good! And I like that it has the c shape scoop to help with form I find my back and hips don’t get tweaked when doing exercisesAll in all very good!I’ve gotten mats before that folks and they within months completely tore open at the seams! I’m hoping this does not do that! It looks to be holding up well and is small enough I can move it on and off the mat I’m using to workout on!

This is a very stiff abmat in comparison to the one Rogue makes. But it's also a lot more affordable. It works as intended and holds up over use. The material is sewn together well but does feel like it's plastic and lower quality. It doesn't make abmat sit ups the most comfortable and enjoyable thing to do but it does work if you're trying to exercise on a budget. The stiffness of this abmat doesn't lessen over time and usage.
