The book talks about the crucial step needed for growth and explains a simple model that can work. Clarifies the missing ingredient on why one may not be taking action to do something. The formula can help explain why someone may not stick with an exercise program or afraid to start a project. Explains in simple language the process to be confident, skilled, and courageous. How to create courage? How to create skill? How to create confidence? It is all explained here in few simple pages. Walks through the cause and effect in simple steps on why one may be procrastinating - was able to start a project I was putting off for a long time using that idea. A very short book that can be read in one sitting - I don’t like reading long books to get the idea. Highly recommend it.

Pictures in this book are very interesting and delivered concise message in this paragraph/topic.Structure of this formula is simple and very clear, and it contains a lot of experiences and feeling to archived good results become more confidence via increasing capability and courage.
