Perfect for small weak hands
I had a wrist injury and have very weak grip strength, so it's hard to find a grip training device that works for me. most start from 10 kg which is too much for me. I love that you can adjust the strength from 5 kg to 60 kg, which makes it easy for me to start training and recovery and slowly progress. I also have very small hands(so small that I often need to purchase child size items) and am surprise that I can grip these comfortably.

This is everything it was expected to be. You can dial up the tension from easy to hard. It's great for hand and forearm strength.

Nice little exercise tool
Nice little handheld exercise. Bought for my teenage son to work on his hand strength.

Really good product.
Purchased in 2023 after carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists. Quality still good as new. Helped a lot during recovery/rehab. Now I have one for my truck and for in the house. No quality issues at all/ When my hands get sore, they feel better after 2 sets of 15 reps. Have not reached the upper limit of the strength setting.

One spring makes a popping noise with every squeeze. I'll give it to just under the warranty period to decide if I need to return, but not feeling confident in the quality.
