The Kodak photo frame I had from Amazon was excellent the photos nice and clear I would recommend this item to anybody who would like to see family photos

Excellent item for displaying photos. The fact that you can download straight from an app is great. Easy to switch on and off when not in use, with plenty of display options.

I was looking at cheaper alternative photo frames however I am very happy with my purchase. The digital photo frame is super easy to use and set up the app makes it very easy to upload your photos. The photos also come on screen at a very good quality. I’ve had lots of compliments on this photo frame.

Unit looks smart and is well made. Contrary to some reviews, our unit does offer shuffle but the settings are in two different places – the UI is very poor. Battery life not great but it is useful to have the battery occasionally.You can only upload 9 pics at a time via the cloud but it works well. We are sending a batch a day and slowly building our collection.Disappointed with the limited number of picture transitions – would have preferred a dissolve or mix but it doesn't seem to exist.Biggest annoyance is not being able to remove the picture number during slide shows (see photo). I contacted customer service who responded quickly and helpfully at first and suggested I check that I had the latest software version number of 2.2.0. I didn't but the frame said its software was up to date. When I pointed this out, I started getting extremely curt unhelpful responses.I'm shocked that Kodak have allowed their good name to be used by a Chinese company that has such poor software design and customer support. Nice looking product but can't really recommend.

It did not work, so had to be returned; maybe we could have got it working but the instructions were rudimentary in the extreme. They are apparently available on line - but they have to be paid for to be downloaded, which seems to be wrong. So, take note unless you are familiar already with this item. (Not that it worried us, but we noticed that the instructions in some languages were in the wrong language - probably sloppy 'copy and pasting').

Wanted a photo frame as a present, runs of batteries. It looks good but usage is not good. Made in china it wants to know about your inside leg measurement to set up.On time does not have GB time zone!!!. Needs main most of the time.Would NOT recommend

I purchased two of these at the same time. Although easy to set up ect I was very disappointed in the build quality. The 1st device I could not charge or put in the memory card. The internal section had dropped significantly to the opening meaning nothing could be inserted, charging port or memory card.The second device although is was not obvious to have the same fault, the memory card would not insert smoothly, almost forcing it in which indicated the inside was also not aligned.It's a small space to also insert such parts and made it difficult to put the charger in, this section is in a dropped recess not giving much space for your hand. Would not be ideal for people with big hands, or someone who would struggle with fiddly parts. I am unable to comment on any other function as I stopped using as soon as I realised they were both faulty. It's unlikely to get two of the same product faulty with the same fault, which to me suggests a manufacturing fault. Check yours as soon as you open the box!I've sent both of these back, such a waste of time!The seller approached me to have a replacement, this one has clearly been built better and have had no issues with the ports for charging or memory card.
