Sounds odd, but I bought this for my sister to get the poop up out of her dog’s pen. The plastic one she had, I broke it. Cheap junk it was! I decided I’d get her something substantial that would last. I do sometimes take care of him to so I appreciate this a most serious upgrade. This may be an odd item to do something it really wasn’t designed to do, but this is one choice I am very glad I made. She is happy too! It is cast aluminum, solid and true! Very well made. What you use it for is your call. This scoop can step up and do more than it’s intended purpose! Buy with confidence! It’s a no-brainer!

This scoop is used to clean my ferrets litter boxes. My plastic one broke and I wanted something stronger. It’s perfect for what I’m doing with it, I’m going to buy another for a food scoop. Only downside is the handle is a little skinny but not enough to bother about.

This arrived with the handle broken off. Seems to be easily broken.

Got this to scoop dog food. Works perfectly.

Very useful tool. Well made. I use it to measure out consistent small batches of concrete aggregates and cement.
