Awful dishwasher
The media could not be loaded. Don't buy this dishwasher. I couldn’t cancel my purchase. Also it’s not good dishwasher. It’s look ugly. It doesn’t look same as picture they advertised. Also you can’t change time of using dishwasher. It takes 3 hours to wash. I can’t change time. It’s awful.

Fast delivery - excellent communication
I recently purchased this item at a great price and so far, I am very pleased with my purchase. Although I have not installed them yet, I must say that the communication from the seller has been excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way and I am very impressed with how fast the delivery was. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience so far and would highly recommend this seller to others.

Bad quality.
The item can and the control panel was cracked in 2 places.I have had to have it fitted as I had hired a plumber and they was going charge me anyway. I can’t get in touch with seller to complain

Awful customer care
Be very wary of buying a Zanussi/Electrolux product. The appliance may be OK but the customer service is atrocious. My dishwasher needed a new part. Electrolux promised to fix it the following week, kept me waiting for six weeks, then told me that during that time, the part had become obsolete, so there was nothing they could do. All attempts to deal with them were then met with absolute silence. This seems fairly typical: I’m unsurprised to find their customer service is rated one-star on Tripadvisor. Basically, the device might be OK, but as soon as anything goes wrong, you’re on your own…
