Zebra ZT610 Label Printer with USB, Serial, Ethernet & Bluetooth Interfaces P/N: ZT61046-T010100Z

We purchased a ZT610 about 3 months ago from an authorized Zebra reseller. Since purchasing it we have had a constant battle trying to get the printer to rewind correctly. We have tried everything the tech has suggested with no success. They are now blaming the problem on using non Zebra media and ribbon. The same media and ribbon has run well on the ZT410 and ZT510 but Zebra refuses to listen to our explanations of the problem. We have been running Zebra printers for 30 years and this is the first model that we would declare a piece of junk. Zebra has so far refused to take the printer back under warranty to either repair or replace. DO NOT PURCHASE A ZT610 PRINTER.
