Q: Does this work with a Mac?

NO! DOESN'T EVEN WORK WITH WINDOWS! I think it's for an old version of windows. It doesn't respond when plugged in even with software installed.

Only one included... Photo is showing de other side of the product.

Q: How can i change the time zone, and also change between c and f? the manual doesn't say.

You need to download the Elitech Log software from the official website and change the unit in the software. When connecting the software and save the parameter, the time zone can be sync from your computer.
