I bought these and a few records to surprise my boyfriend by fixing his very sexy retro record playing cabinet that had never worked right.He came in after a long drill sergeant shift to his favorite Mars Volta album playing, and asked Alexa to stop playing so he could talk. I said, “the cabinet can’t hear you.” After he realized what I meant, he, a very loud and very talkative drill instructor, was totally speechless for quite some time, inspecting every element and trying out all the records.Seeing him like that made these worth more than their weight in gold.

I desperately needed to upgrade my stylus as I was using a ceramic tip before. I had problems with audio quality, needle talk, and skating that could not be resolved by my tonearm alone. This was super simple to install and use, sounds better, looks better, and definitely stopped both my needle talk and skating! Absolutely recommend, and it will last much longer than a ceramic or ruby one.

I have a victrola vsc-500bt aka victrola canvas case , the stock stylus that comes with the victrola steals the complex high end and bass that comes with your beautiful vinyl . i thought changing the whole stylus along with the head was going to make the sound better , however i was wrong the cheap cartridge actually sounds worse then the stock one , however the red tip stylus needle is such a far more superior pairing with the already installed victrola stylus cartridge , and the red tip is a huge upgrade but wont fit snug that well with my model, black electrical tape helps keep it on and lets me listen to my vinyl's perfectly with just enough crisp highs and low, mind you i use expensive studio speakers , will work on upgrading my entire turntable eventually but perfect upgrade for those cheap made case players

One of my combo turntables sounded awful playing some vintage records. I hadn't used it for some time and I had replaced the rubber belt that is used for spinning the platter and, in testing the sound, it just didn't sound clear. I purchased it several years ago and had never changed the needle, not that I played that many records on it. It was mostly for show. I examined the stylus and went on Amazon to find a replacement. I came across the banpa store ad for 1 PC Record Player Cartridge with 4 PCS Diamond Stylus Replacement for Crosley, ION, LP, etc. It sure looked like a match for the one in my record player. What caught my eye is that you get 4 replacement needles, including a new cartridge that already has a needle, for 5 needles total, and each needle comes with its own protective cover, for about 9 bucks! Wow! It was worth ordering. See photos. Anyway, the package came within a couple days from Amazon and I quickly got to work to replace the old needle. There are no directions in the box. All you get is the little tin can with the needles but the ad itself has directions for changing the needle. I just popped the old one off and popped the new one on. Easy peazy. I immediately put on an LP and the difference in sound quality from how it sounded before the change was substantial. Everything was much clearer. Replaced cartridge and needle of my old Victrola VTA-750B.It works well and now, above all, has a new life.

Although the description says diamond stylus, they appear to be ruby unless diamond is ruby red. I checked a diamond stylus for comparison and it was clear as I would have anticipated
