Q: Does JeCar have a website?

Not that I know of. It was pretty for money. I got it on sale. Comes with no directions but u can put it together by studying the photo. I was shorted two parts and good luck. Communication was horrible. Partly their fault and partly Amazon’s since they don’t provide a good remedy like ebay does.

No problem to use 3rd row seating with this installed.

Q: Are there straps included for mounting items on them?

No the straps aren’t included.

Q: Does JeCar have an option for the shelf attachment that connects between these two items?

No they don’t. You would have to fabricate something yourself.
