This is a small sized journal that has been designed to help you increase self awareness, get clarity, focus, mindfulness and find your passions through the writing process.In today's world, we are constantly bombarded with stimulus from everywhere. Whether it is from devices we use online or consuming content but I feel that this stops us from having a better understanding of ourselves. We are constantly just consuming other peoples ideas. Writing and Journaling can be a great way to be able to look within and better understand ourselves and what we want. It is really crucial.But sometimes it can be quite difficult to just write in a blank notebook. This is where this journal helps by having prompts. It has a 100+ writing prompts in the form of questions and sentence completions.For example one prompt is: The 3 greatest lessons I've learned about myself this year, which I am grateful for, that really helped me discover or decide something important about myself were...The sentence completion prompts also then have further guidance on how you can answer them, which can really help you dig deeper and not just answer with superficial answers.There are also daily prompts which are a series of questions asking about what is happening in your life and evaluating things like how you are feeling, health, career, relationship, mood, intentions, decisions, emotions, goals, strengths and so on.There are some pages which have quotes by Brendon which also further support in stimulating deep thinking.If you have read Brendon's other books e.g. High Performance Habits or listened to his podcasts, then you will know he is a big advocate of scoring yourself to measure you are at and where you want to go. There are some prompts which also help you score across different categories e.g. Health, Mind+Emotion, Partner/Love, Family, Friends, Mission, Experiences, Spirit, Finances and Learning.I have absolutely loved writing in the journal and it has really supported me in using the prompts to help get much better quality answers and a better understanding of who I am and who I want to be. Given the challenges we have has in 2020, I feel like this can be a great way to support healing by empowering people to tap into the power of the writing process. I will be gifting this to friends and family as well. I highly recommend this.

I have been using this journal for a month and it always gets excellent questions that have led me to maintain focus and dream high. If you suffer from negativity, impostor syndrome, feel alone or think you don't have time to pursue your dreams, committing to this journal will help you inmensely.

Really powerful. Makes you think. Develops a new way of seeing things.

So far, I'm pretty impressed with this. I'm a sucker for a productivity hack, or a way of measuring myself in some way or another, and this speaks to that nerdy need to do that kind of thing daily.The daily prompts are useful, and I look forward each day to seeing what questions I'm going to be asked. The journalling aspect is good too, with just enough space to talk about your day, your feelings and anything else you want to scribble down. I've found the best process is not to overthink, and just to touch pen to paper and let the words come to you.One negative (where I agree with another customer) is that the book turned up with a mucky sleeve. I was able to clean it with a babywipe, but posting something in that kind of condition isn't really good. I can't understand how somebody packing this would pick the item up and think it's acceptable to send on in that state. As I said, the cover cleaned up just fine but I was pretty irritated, as the book itself is great quality.

Journal itself is great. Very thought provoking, alot of reflecting and insights made. Only gave 4 stars because the product didn't come in any packaging and the cover was marked quite a bit

Poor not as insightful as I would have liked. Much better journals out there

Ordered two as gifts and both came with dirty soiled covers so am disappointed
