Rulers for your grandkids?
Beautiful, high-quality rulers! Made of thick, sturdy steel (magnet-tested). Which is nice, since they don't have hanging holes, so you can use a magnetic strip. The markings are deeply incised and paint-filled, so they don't look like they'll wear off easily. They function great; the markings are accurate and easy to read. (Even has 64th and 0.5mm markings which are extremely close together and a bit hard for my eyes to read without a magnifier.) However, since they're relatively heavier than most rulers, they're a bit less portable. Also, the edges and corners aren't very polished, so they're fairly sharp. Might be a feature for some, but you can round them down if it's bothersome to you. Funny to say, but they're probably "heirloom-quality" rulers that your descendents will end up using.

Accurate and very useful
When I do a lot of woodworking and work with laser engraver/cutter, I often found myself wishing I had a smaller ruler. I do have a small 8" precision ruler but that one gets used behind the shop and thought it would be nice to have something smaller. So, this ruler worked out perfectly and ended up using it more than all my other rulers. The measurements are accurate for the 6" compared to my other rulers. It's small enough it doesn't get in the way of measuring something quick and easy or the length never gets in the way. While it's small, it's not too thin so one would need to purposely bend it with some force.Awesome price for the three!

Worth it
Best small rules. Nice and thick, not flimsy. Well worth the price.

Good Bang for your Buck
THE VERDICT: Well worth the money, and I am a satisfied customer. If you are reading reviews because you are unsure, I recommend adding these to your cart. The Good: These guys are perfect for my primary purpose; scoring. They're thick enough to put some pressure against for a clean score as well as nice and straight for an accurate score. The lines are clear and distinguishable from one another making measuring simple if you can't reach it with calipers. The Bad: I took a star off because these do not necessarily start at a true zero. I've included pictures of the 6" and 8" as examples. The six is 4 thou off which is within tolerance for most light-medium duty applications. The eight is a good bit off zero and I might end up grinding it true one of these days. Finally, the holes in the sleeves are located such that if used for hanging, the rules will fall out. This is not a big deal to me though.

Good quality metal ruler
I did not expect such a good-quality ruler at all. To my surprise, it is well-made, reasonably priced, and was delivered to my front door, saving me so much time. I definitely recommend if looking for a small ruler!

Exactly what I was looking for at a great price.
These are high quality, hardened stainless steel rules. Markings go right to the edge, and are etched into the steel, not just printed on it. Sizes are just right for most all desktop applications. They are finely crafted, heavy in hand, and precision made. I had a geeky little moment of elation when I opened the package, which might be weird for some rulers, but these are professional tools, and they feel like it, and I love owning well made tools that will last for decades and decades.

Great ruler if you can do a little math
At first, i was really torqued that it had only metric measurements until i dropped it in dismay and found the standard measurements on the other side..🥴. It is heavy and thick..i use it for sewing instead of machining so, as there are only 32nds and 64ths in numbers, other than the inch mark designation, i have to do a quick calculation to convert bigger fractions from the smaller units.. For example..5/8 seam equals (32/8)*5=20/32.... But I'm a quick learner, so just a minor setback. Quality is excellent.. The cheap aluminum slide rule I purchased about 2 blouses ago, looks like a wavy noodle. Mr. Pen is too thick to wave like that... As i got three in the pack, i put one in my office and one in workshop where they will come in handy for short measurements. Great little sewing ruler if you can convert fractions
