This revived my vacuum sealer, it was an excellent value. It gave me back functionality, provided a better seal. It will improve the speed of storing and freezing foods. The new seals are durable and were are great value.

My food saver just would not work anymore, I’ve had it around for a long time. I finally decided to YouTube and troubleshoot it. Only thing I could find was a little chunk out of the spongy seal. Thought I’d take a chance and give it a try. Well that was it! Works like it’s brand new now. I have extras to pass on or use as time goes on. Anyway, it was a good move for me. I now have my food saver back, which I am beginning to use it almost daily again for leftovers and such. What is definitely a wise purchase for me.

Sorry to say ordering these gaskets for two Food Saver Vacuum Sealers was a waste of time. I own two (2) sealers that needed replacement gaskets. Thinking it would be convenient to order from Amazon along with other items I did so. Unfortunately when they arrived they were useless. The fact that they didn't bear the Food Saver brand name was my first warning. Secondly they didn't appear to have the quality of the Food Saver existing {my old gasket). Thirdly they DIDNT FIT properly. So now I'm off to UPS to return them. This notice is to those of you that value your Food Saver sealers just be aware. I called Food Saver directly the next day and ordered my replacement gaskets from the customer service agent. Delivery takes a bit longer but I know my product will work properly/

I ordered these not sure if they would fit my Food Saver vacuum machine, it did not show my model number V2420. I thought maybe they mean series numbers, so I ordered the 2400 ones. They fit perfect, on my machine top and bottom gaskets are the same size. I ordered the 4 pack so I could have a couple for back up, 1 out of the 4 had defect. It had like a gouge v on it. Not sure if it happened on transit, either way I was back in business and didn't want to send all 4 back. Still a very good buy, now I know which ones to buy and where to get them.

Worked great

Our food saver lost its vaccum and I ordered these to replace it. I finally got one installed but it was really a pain in the lower quadrants. There was no instructions either . I was surprised that the food saver worked after replacing this gasket.
