Metagenics Arginine Plus provides 665 mca Folate, plus L-Arginine, and Glycine. The suggested serving size is 2 tablets, two times daily. The tablets are large, but manageable, and there are 60 servings in each bottle. I researched, and found that this company has been in business for over 40 years, and they are a B Certified Corporation. I would have liked to have seen third party lab testing, and had information on where the ingredients were sourced from, but that information was not on my label. The manufacturer does lists their contact information, and they do offer a guarantee, which is great. I have had no adverse reactions, but I started taking this at the reduced dosage of 1 tablet, twice daily. My supplement arrived bubbled wrapped, shrink wrapped, and safety sealed in a dark amber recyclable glass bottle.

Supplements are compromised due to shattered glass bottle. Will be returning product.

The product made me very jittery and my heart started racing a lot. I have money on a product that I will not every use. What a waste of my money
